Multipair voice unshielded cable can be used for indoor voice cabling, to connecting PBX ports to cross, making multipair patch-cords.
Due to thin conductors (0.35 mm) and rare twists the cable is more flexible, has low weight and smaller diameter which is better suits for cabling in cramped conditions.
