Converts one input 4-pair (USOC) RJ-45 port (USOC) to two 2-pair jacks for voice applications.

The wiring diagram is located on the side surface of the case. T-Adapters are handy for splitting ports on patch panels.

It is recommended to use the TWT-Y-U2-U2 Y-Adapter in conjunction with the T-Adapter to separate the ports in the workplace.
