Converts one input 4-pair (T568A/T568B) RJ-45 port to one 2-pair 10/100BASE-T jack and one 2-pair jack for voice applications.

The wiring diagram is located on the side surface of the case. T-Adapters are handy for splitting ports on patch panels.

It is recommended to use the TWT-Y-E2-U2 Y-Adapter in conjunction with the T-Adapter to separate the ports in the workplace.
