Single pair cross-connect wire is mainly used as jumper for cross-connect blocks.

Cross-connect wire jumpers occupy less space then patch-cords and make wiring simpler and cheaper.

The cable comprises two solid copper 24 AWG conductors. Each conductor is insulated with HDPE (high density polyethylene). Those two conductors are twisted with specially selected step in a single twisted pair.
