2-pair patch plug for 110 wiring block

Plugs are designed for making patch-cords.

Cable wires conductors can be solid or stranded 22-26 AWG (ø 0,40-0.51 мм).

To prevent incorrect connection, the plug has key protrusions, an arrow is marked on the upper side of the plug.

The body of the plug consists of two halves connected with latches.

Patch-cord conductors are connected to IDC contacts installed on one of the halves. It is enough to lay the cable conductors in special grooves on the other half according to the wiring diagram, and connect both halves, squeezing them until they click to terminate the cable.
