The power cord is intended to connect electrical equipment with IEC 60320 C20 inlet to AC mains up to 250V.
The cord is made of stranded PVC insulated 3 x 0.75 wire. Connector A is IEC 60320 C13 molded from flame retardant PVC. The inlet on the opposite side (side B) is IEC 60320 C20 molded from flame retardant PVC.
