LANMASTER LSZH UTP cat. 5e patch-cord

Patch cords is category 5e and fully comply with ISO/IEC 11801 standards.

The material of the jacket and the molded boot of the patch cord is low-smoke halogen-free PVC – LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen).

The junction between the RJ-45 plug and the cable is filled with a plastic to ensure a strong connection between them, such a connection is called molded.

Special side ribs are provided at the molded part of the plug to protect the locking latch of the RJ-45 connector from damage and breakage. This solution does not interfere with pressing the latch.

The plug has flexible strain relief boot, which provides a given cable bending radius during operation.

Specifications:

Tested in accordance with IEC 61935-2.

Mechanical parameters
The cord withstands a longitudinal load of 50N without separating the plug from the cable or breaking the wires. Protective boot withstands stress without breaking or peeling.

Electrical parameters
One hundred percent of the manufactured cords are tested for the integrity of electrical circuits, the absence of short circuits and the correct wiring.

Performance parameters
RL and NEXT parameters are tested.
